As we are offering non-tangible digital goods, we do not generally issue refunds after the purchase has been made. If you are unable to access the download, and you have worked with our support team to try to resolve any issues, we may provide a refund at our sole discretion.

Membership Registration Fees

We will consider a refund of your Club registration fee during the period of your initial trial membership during the designated time period if you are not satisfied with your  membership for any reason.

All memberships come with a 30-day risk free trial period, unless noted otherwise in the specific product description. This means you have 30 days to evaluate the membership and decide if you want to continue. If you cancel within your initial 30 day period and would like a refund, you must send a request to our support desk to begin processing your refund. If you are within your 30 day initial membership period, your refund will be processed immediately, generally within 24 -48 hours.

If you are beyond your 30 day membership "risk free" evaluation period and wish to cancel your membership, then you should do so by sending an email to our support desk at least two days before your membership expires for that month to ensure you will not be billed further OR SIMPLY CLICK THE CANCEL MEMBERSHIP BUTTON LOCATED UNDER THE "MY ACCOUNT" TAB.

No refunds will be processed after 30 days from the initial membership purchase. The money back guarantee does NOT apply to renewals; it only applies to the first risk-free trial payment or initial month of a service.
